L’ Chepeau Soy Sauce ingredients will never include unhealthy products. Whenever possible, L’ Chepeau will use Organic Soy Sauce ingredients.
L’ Chepeau, unlike other soy sauce varieties never uses hydrolyzed soy protein, carmel color, or any other artificial color. The history of soy sauce in the L’ Chepeau method also forbids MSG and any other flavor enhancers or preservatives.
L’ Chepeau uses a traditional organic soy sauce brewing technique perfected by Jacques Yves-Chapeau that strives for the strictest of quality during the Koji making, brine fermentation and refinement.
The exact process for soy sauce making using the L’ Chepeau method is of course a strictly held patented trade secret.
